Stomach ache
I have serious stomach pain since i had accident last week. This is specially when I lay down and woke up.

Hello, if pain abdomen started after accident then something wrong with the internal organs, you have to do ultrasound of abdomen to rule out any organ damage , If stomach pain is there from beggining then it could be gastritis , You must consult general physician for complete examination .
