Hello well I would suggest you to take any antispasmodic tablet like meftal spas for twice a day after food for about 3 days and even after that the symptoms don't subside then I will suggest you to meet a gynecologist a physician make sure that you drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water per day and your bowel movements are clear thank you
