Stomach acge while riding in car
My daughter is 10 yrs old. She is having stomach pain while riding in car. She is not able to sit in car for more than half an hour. Ihave never heard of it. I don't know what to do. I have even planned a vacation in shimla manali. I don't know what to do

Hi. She appears to have what is called MOTION SICKNESS. Patients with this condition develop nausea, vomiting, giddiness, discomfort in stomach during travel by car, bus, ship etc especially if lot of turns are there.
Solution :
Eat bland, soft diet, small amounts before travel
Open windows is helpful to some
Keep looking forward rather than sides.
You can give Tab Stugeron (25mg) 1/2 tab , one hour BEFORE travel. This prevents motion sickness in most patients.
