Stomach , abdomen pain
Iam having pain in abdomen before passing stool, very severe...I feeel dizzzy and nausea...after passing stool, its normal again.
From last one weeek very bad pain starts within one hour of food intake.
Stool is sometime normal...most of the the time loose.
Bcoz of pain feeling uncomfortable.

Symptoms of crohns disease are severe "crampy" abdominal pain (usually shortly after eating....frequent diarrhea (with or without blood)...rectal bleeding (blood and/or mucus in the stool)....rectal urgency (frequent, urgent bowel movements)
weight loss (usually due to the discomfort after eating but may be due to nutritional deficiency) etc...Consult nearest gastroenterologist they will do the needful.
