Stitches pain and frenulum is sensitive

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had frenuloplasty and circumcision 6 days back. My stitch near frenulum stud is broken and i have pain around it when i pulled it back for cleaning. Also the lower part is very sensitive i can not touch there. Also when penis got small and stitches get rolled inside which pinch into my glans skin. How to deal with it. I have attached an image. Is that white discharge is pus or its recovering? I am feeling cut pain when i moved it backward.
