One way to remove the stitches marks is to get them surgically excised..... But probably be a little less prominent than the ones you currently have... However I would urge you to consider such an option at a later stage. Before considering that you can try doing a few sessions of laser which will resurface the area and improve the texture of the scar so that it is not as prominent as it would be right now. The efficacy of the laser treatment can also be improved by combining it with PRP therapy. You can come in for a consultation so the scar can be properly examined and the best course of action can be decided accordingly. hope this is helpful.
