Stitched elbow skin
I had an accident nearly 5 months ago n had to get skin on the elbow stitched. It hasn't yet attained normalcy as it appears in the photos attached with the query. So can any medications prescribed by dermatologist help the present situation?  Or after 5 months is it really late?

Hi You seem to be having a keloid which is an abnormal scar. This condition is seen in some people. This can be treated with some injections into the scars and some scar remodeling creams. Please meet a dermatologist so they can advise you on the best treatment plan
