5 months Baby skin rashes

Dear Drs, My 5 months Baby 1 week back got small red rashes in Neck . Used L-HIST surup,AZIKEM suspension. Neck it is cured. But spreading to fingers to toes.kindly see the pic,suggest an ointment.
