Stinging thigh pain
Started feeling pain around thigh after I started to run . Its been like 20 days still I feel the pain during the run that seemingly aggravates after the session .Its not as if run long and fast. It's more of a jog and between 2-3 km only . Am 30.

traumatic muscular strains/spinal origin/arthritis.
stop jogging for few days . or dolo 650 bd tablet for 2-5 days .if relieved consult physiotherapist for muscle strenghthening exercises.still not relieved consult an orthopaedician.
use appropriate foot wear.jog in well levelled ground without ups and downs.drink sufficient water depending on climate condition
