Stimucor 5 Letrozole for Pregnancy
Hi, my wife took letrozole from D2 to D6 and is currently on Progynova from D6 to D15 as prescribed by Doctor. Today is D10 and we went for follicular study. The result showed multiple follicles with ET of 8.8. There is no dominant follicle. Right ovary vol is 15 cc and left ovary volume is 8cc. She is suffering from PCOS since long. We will again for for follicular study on D12. Just wanted to check if the Letrozole dose is working. Are there chances of follicular growth of D12? Any answer will be appreciated. Are we on the right track of treatment?

U have to continue follicular monitoring. it's early to say. Suppose eggs don't form in this cycle then either the dosage or some hormonal injection will be added in addition to it in next cycle

Continue follicular monitoring If no growth in this cycle, then dose of medicine can be increased or injections can be added

You can continue follicular study, but if no dominant follicle appears this cycle then probably try with hormone injections along with letrozole next month
