Still temp is above 99. 2 no other

On 5/05/21 my brother had severe headache, he immediately isolated. Nxt day he got fvr 100, body aches. I also isolated myself as we went to shop together. I got fvr of 99.2. As we were told, we started medication Azithromycin, Doxy, Montelukast , paracetamol and zincovit. We got tested, he was positive n I was negative. In 3rd d of medication, I got teeth pain. After 5 days I've stpd medicine. 2days ltr I got temp 99.8 n had pain around hip bone at night. Mrng was normal. It repeated next day. Again I was tested n  -ve. So I went to the hsptl. Doc recommended for chest X ray n normal blood tests. Those were normal, he suggested medication including Doxy, Acecloplus, Metrogyl. After 3 days, I've started pain jaw bone near ear n got temp 99.8. Nxt day I went to the hospital n suggested x-ray of face and bld tests including malaria, typhoid n are normal. Meanwhile I consulted another doc online, took CBC,CRP,D DIMER,Serum Ferritin, LDH. Had high SGOT72, SGPT82, LDH 536 n remaining normal
