  3. Stiffness in fingers. Is averse to cold.

Stiffness in fingers
Its for my father. For past couple of days his fingers are becoming stiff. He is not able to close/bend them properly.We suspect because of cold. Putting in hot water or sitting in sun relaxes them. Also seeing stiffness in his neck. Can you please suggest which expertise dr should we meet for this. He is averse to cold.
