Stiffness in back
After a workout last week I felt stiffness in my back. Tried taking rest but didn't work out. Also tried cold and hot compress but it gave only a temporary relief. Should I see a physio, go for a massage or visit a chiropractor or any other solution.

U start the hot fermentation in back. And start some stretching exercise.

I advised to consult aphysio and start some physiotherapy like ift and ust for 7 dayes.in your back.
Health Tips
avoid weight lifting and for ward bending to some times.
