Sticky and itchy testicles

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I had itchy testicles and One day, my thighs rubbed each other due to boxers and got rashes. I couldn't stand, sit or walk. So I visited a dermatologist and he told I was affected from fungus and bacterial infection. I had this itchy, black skin on my inner thighs from very oong period. He gave itzhh and anti fungal powder. Now, it is almost a month, black skin is reduced to around 40%, but the testicles are still itchy and sticky. Please help
