Stiches marks removing

Hi sir/madam my name is Takesh, I want to know weather my stitches marks can be removed completely or not. Actually it happens in an accident around 16 years back at present any new techniques is available to completely removing this stich marks or not. The place of it is in between the two eyebrows a vertical mark is present please suggest any medical treatment to disappear it. Thanks you..
