  4. STI - hsv igm. Future. please suggest.

I have unprotected sex after 85 days I have tested all STI . It came postive for hsv 1 and 2 igm. Doctor has told not to worry much about and gave one table for 2 weeks. Is it fine or it will cause any problem in future. Please suggest.
