Ok relax,
Erectile Dysfunction (ed) is fully treatable.
Erectile dysfunction (e.d) occurs when a man can't get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse and not able to penetrate.
In your case as you are not able to penetrate. There are many factors which leads to erectile dysfunction like- low testosterone levels, diabetes, weakness in core muscles, low blood flow in viens of your reproductive organ, sedentary lifestyle and last but not the least high stress levels, etc.
By some medicines you can not get cure from erectile dysfunction and prematre ejaculation. Although these both problems are cured by following proper core muscles exercise, penetrative & non penetrative sexual techniques, medicines and proper diet. Before this you need to perform some tests to know the root cause behind weak erections.
But for treatment we need a detailed history so it would be best if you come for online consultation.
