Both are same. Should not be used w/o Dermatologist prescription. It can cause skin thinning, bleeding, redness, stretch marks, pimples, infections, whitening within few days of use. With long term use, diabetes,bone weakness, high BP, increased ocular pressure, cataract n many more.
