I had stone removal operation on feb 28 and have stent removal on 15th..however urine culture shows e coli gram negative..what does this mean..?

That means you have urinary infection Generally not preferable to do any interventions in infection Take a course of antibiotics Repeat urine culture, if sterile remove stent
