Hi there....it is difficult to confirm chlamydia and gonnorhea through just urine test. Only confirmatory tests available are Elisa or immunoassay tests. But these are not routinely available everywhere as they are very expensive. Routinely in hospitals When gonnorhea or chlamydia is suspected, the patient will have burning micturition and pus discharge from urethral meatus. From this pus discharge, gram stain and culture is done. This is how they are confirmed routinely. These tests will be done at any teaching hospital routinely.
