Stammering problem mainly when talking in phone cant utter a word need time also when talking. feel very irriteted and disappointed. wat to do ??

There is no need to be disappointed in yourself if you are having speech problems. It is a very common disorder. there are many causes for such speech disorders like nervousness anxiety any history of stroke etc. So it better you consult a neurologist or a physician who can further evaluate you to exactly find the cause for stammering. And treat for same
