Stammering
Im 23 years old, I have been struggling with stammering, especially in phone call..Generally I speak very clearly but during phone calls (especially my boss or any other new persons) I really unable to open my mouth..
Is there any solution to overcome this

It is probably due to lack of confidence! You will have to consult a speech therapist for training.
