In fact, on my face there was a pimple on the cheek, then yesterday I bursted it and then the blood started coming up. To stop the blood, I put the cotton in the deflated and kept it on top of the pimple for 2 minutes. The blood stopped. But due to detol, the face has been burnt and black stains have also been done. Yes Dettol burns the skin. You should not self treat. Now this may cause pigmentation if not treated. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
