Stabbing sudden pain on left breast

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am having sudden stabbing or string pain on left breast,it comes and goes suddenly. Did x ray and blood test, all results came out normal except for vitamin D deficiency. What else can be the reason? Is this serious? Please advice.
