Last 3 year i have back pain and neck pain. . Neck pain 24 hour ... Dr say that i have seryical problm . What can i do for that.

Hi this is Dr Nitish M.D. This type of pain can arise from cervical disc, our small joints in the neck. If you want an advise online, I can suggest only pain killers, neck massage and hot compress. For a diagnosis you need to be examined and then a small injection has to be done for long term relief.
