But if its been for more than 2 days consult neurologist or opthamologist for proper assessment and treatment.
Sprays and all will be for temporary, first consult physician and assessment and diagnosis. So that if you know the reason for your pain you can have a proper treatment for permanent solution. i feel if u have constant headaches and you have long hours of mobile or laptop use .. you should get it checked by your nearest physiotherapist for the origin of pain.
