Sprained knuckles
Got my hand injured a few days ago. Got my fingers hit in a way that ring and middle finger formed a V Shape and got stretched badly . Didnt do anythng for first 20 days. Thn did cold therapy and rolly oil massage twice a day for 10 days.  The knuckle of ring finger is still paining a bit and it is getting irritated now. Shoud i still continue to apply rolly oil and use crape bandage. Rest all pain is gone.
