Sprained Ankle still hurts after a year
Last summer (2017) I rolled my ankle (probably sprained) and it’s nearly been a year since it happened and I can’t still feel a slight pain in my ankle if I angle it in a certain way. There is also an extra bone which I’ve looked up to be Accessory Navicular Syndrome. Should I see a doctor or is there a way I can treat at home?

You should consult a orthopaedic surgeon for intralesional depoprednisolone or PRP injections.
