Spotting with pelvic pain since 1 month

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have been on hormone medicines (Primolut, duphaston, loette) since dec'16. I have recurrent infection since sep'17. Suddenly, situation has gotten worse and I am spotting continuously along-with pelvic pain since last 1 month. Doctor has given me multiple course of anti-biotics but nothing is helping. Please suggest what should I do?

Stop all hormones and don't have any medicine.consume good healthy diet and exercise also.After stopping all tablet may be prolonged heavy bleeding.
