Spotting post clitoral stimulation.

Hi, I'm 41. Regular period every month between 28 and 35 days. Took a pap smear a month back. All normal. Took an usg. Have uterine polyps that will need to be removed as advise by my gynec. However is not causing problems at the moment. Of late I seem to have spotting after clitoral stimulation. I'm not sexually active abd do not insert or use anything. I tried Clitoral simulation and post that I had mild spotting. Is this normal. I do have spotting between 10 and 14 days after my period usually. Which I understand is ovulation bleeding. My period this time was on the 5th.i have been having spotting for the last 2 days though on and off and today mild bleedingin mini pad. I tried clitoral stimulation last night and am not sure if that has caused this. Please advise. Also, I have been walking a lot the last few days. Thank you.
