Spotting in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am in pregnancy 4th month. But from 5th week of pregnancy i have some spotting not daily but ones in a week . My doctor gave me tranlok 500 m tablet but still there is an spotting. What should i do. After 7 years of marriage i am pregnant so we are very serious abt this.pls kindly suggest me something
