I am 7 weeks 3 d pregnatnt my blood group b negative fetal heart rate 139 bpm but had spotting for last one week doctor gave maintee injection, anti d injection and asked to stop breastfeed my 1 year 1 month old daughter whether I should stop breastfeeding my child
