Spotting/bleeding. Or?

I had a period like bleeding tat started on 28 january,i bled for like 3/4 days jus like menstruation, than on 11 feb(tis month,suppos to be ovulating actually) i had a very unusual bleeding/spotting again with tender breast,i tested and i got a positive on pregnancy test(so maybe likely 6 weeks acc to my lmp),..the spotting is not very heavy,but thick dark reddish brown tat wil come and go(3 days),no heavy cramps as such.. i had 2 ectopics years back which results in removing one of my tube,..and m sumwer remote where ters no proper hospital,.and il be able to go to the hospital only after a week or two,so jus for assurance is it sumthing tat i shuld be worried about like miscarriage/another ectopic or is it a normal pregnancy ..or?
