Spotting between periods

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have spotting on 22day of my period cycle. For last mnth n this month My gyno gave me medicine like letsi, obimet and nidagen bcs of my health issues Any idea why i am having spotting..? Should i visit my gyno again
