  4. Spotting and period. It period started?

Spotting and period
I am trying to conceive. My last period date was 2nd may. My doc gave me letroz and hcg5000 injection. After that duphaston for 14 days. I was spotting some bleeding on day 27/28  then it stopped for 3-4 days and today I am again spotting little flow. Yesterday I did pregnancy test and it was negative. Please let me know what to do next. Is it period started ?
