Spotting after running, irregular
Hi, I'm 41. Regular menses. LMP was 8th June.i gave a 5 year old daughter. I'm not sexually active. My problem: 1. Every month on the 10th day, I have slightly blood tinged discharge. It stops after a couple of days. 2.Sometimes I run on the treadmill for 10 min and on the days I have mild spotting again irrespective of which day I'm in. Can this happen with strenuous exercise? 3.I have a polyp and a fibroid but I understand from my gynec that's not causing this spotting. The regular spotting happens on the 10th or 11th day.  Should I get the polyp removed? Can I wait. Have attached the report. Last taken on 15 March 2022. 4.i have a burning sensation in my pubic area on some days. Outer skin. Not inside. I sit a lot for work. Could heat be the cause. Urine reports normal. This happens around 10 to 14 days after LMP. I'm 5'4, 59 kgs,bmi normal, blood reports prolactin, thyroid all normal.hba1c at 5.9. Is there a chance I'm going to perimenopause. Id be grateful for any advice please

Get an internal examination done by a gynaecologist physically, cervical lession can be a cause. endometrial polyps can also present with features of spotting on strenuous exercise...

This spotting is not due to fibroids. This spotting can be due to some lesion on the cervix. Please get an internal examination from a Gynaecologist (including a speculum examination) and Pap smear. Bleeding from inside the uterus comes only at the time of periods.
