Spotting after delivery
I had a emergency c section on on 6th nov 2023 and that time i had iud 380 A a after delivery to avoid furure pregnancy since i had irregular periods tull now it start with very light spotting for 2-3 daya and than heavy flow for 2-3days and than suddenly it stops and after 2-3day spotting for 2days I also have severe back and pain constant pain in abdomen and once i ahd infection in iud got to know in ultrasound Everything is normal like prolactin and thyroid Wht could be done next ?wht could be the cause Please help me doctors

It could be due to cu t as everything else is normal If it's troubling you, cu t can be removed
