Appearance of spots, pigmentation on my neck , when I touch my neck I can feel the difference between normal skin & patchy , there is little itchiness too

You are having P versicolor (fungal infection). Keep the area dry as moisture and sweating will aggravate the condition. Kindly consult a dermatologist near you for advice regarding treatment
