Spots on head
I was lacking vitamin d deficiency ..it actually 5 mg lowest ...i found out so i took sun exposure for 4 5 days before 9 but as ...2 or 3 days after taking it for 1 hour between 11 and 12 it start to feel red spots in head in 3 4 places...
