Spots inside my cheek
Hi,
After extraction of my wisdom teeth upper wisdom teeth I am seeing spots on on left side of my cheek above lower impacted wisdom teeth.There is no pain or bleeding.I only see them when I am stretching my cheek and cannot be felt.
Please guide me with next steps. I am attaching an image for reference.
