Spot under sunburn blister brown

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have a sunburn and ive been cleaning it with distilled white vinegar. It looked like water blisters were trying to form. I accidently skinned my head, where the burn is, and I put a cotton ball soaked in distilled vinegar on it and held it there with a head band. I took the cotton ball off and it's now brown where it was scraped! What is it?
