Spot on penis
I had what I now know was a Fordyce spot on my penis, I did not know this at the time and believed it may be a pimple/ spot so tried to squeeze it and pop it with a pin to get rid of it. There is now a small hard lump on the area I tried to do this, which is quite noticeable when flaccid and erect, the spot is purple when erect. The spot does not show signs of going, and has been there for a while. Please help .
