Spot around eye

Some spot is shown around the eye of my daughter from 6 month.It is itching now.Please advice me.Once time use eye drop for it and clear it 3month ago.

This seems to be blepharitis. Does she have dandruff as well? Give Ocurest AH eye drops, 1 drop each eye, 4 times a day . Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of Johnsons baby shampoo in a glass of water. Soak a Johnson bud in it and rub it on the lid margin and then wash off. Do it once a day for 3 days. If it still doesn't resolve, consult an eye specialist
