Spontaneous Petechiae

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hi! I have had petechiae bruising on my arms for several weeks now. I get small fevers (99) a few times a week in the evening and then they go away by the morning. I have had been feeling generally achy and tired lately. I got a blood test about a week ago and my platelets were normal, even the high side of normal, the only thing abnormal was my WBC, neutrophils, and monocytes were increased. The only medication I take is Albuterol and Qvar.
