Petechiae on hands
I suddenly got very tiny red spots (like small blood dots) on the back of my hand and wrist, I think it was petechiae. It went away very quickly, in an hour or so. What could this be and should I be concerned?

Petechiae doesn't vanish like this. You may be having wheals or hives seen in urticaria Esse call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
