Spondylosis
In my MRI it's showing early cervical and lumbar spondylosis are noted..is this any problem?? I have full tingling sensation on my feet and hands..I have pain in my hell area while I stand more time..my vitamin levels are fine..here I'm attaching my reports plz help me in this

I dont think your tingling sensationis not due to spondylosis. You can go for nerve conduction studies
