Hi Mam.  Your baby is spitting up milk which is commonly seen in infants. This is called Regurgitation. No need to worry as long as weight gain is good and he is active. Continue breastfeeding. But after feeding burping must be done properly.  Keep the baby in erect position on shoulder after feeding and gently pat over back for about half an hour until he burps out the gas.  Also when he is sleeping, head end should be elevated to around 30 degrees Eg. By putting a pillow under the bed.  Dont put the pillow directly under the neck. Passing stool weekly once is also acceptable.  No need to put any suppository. No need to modify mothers diet. Mother must take a healthy and balanced diet.
