Spitting blood
I've been spitting blood for past 2weeks ..i have GERD and did my sinus sugery 2years back ..I've no idea what is causing the blood in my saliva ..always been having discomfort in my throat ..I did a scope last year when my gerd was chronic ..the doctor said my oesophagus was little swollen and prescribed me naxium and gaviscon ..neither of it work

As you have a history of nasal surgery I would recommend you to rule out any nasal causes first.. visit an ENT specialist if require go for nasal endoscopy.
