Spitted milk with some tint
Please see the image attached. I had given iron drops to my baby after last feed and during tummy time she spitted this. She is 3.5 m on ebf. I am assuming this is iron n not blood. Please confirm as I am very worried.

Could be just the Iron. It is difficult to be sure just by looking at the photo . Try not to give iron drops immediately after feeds . Watch for any further episodes. And watch for activity of the baby.

Give iron atleast 1 hour after feed If it's repeat kindly consult nearby pediatrician
