I m having slip disc L4-5 ,leg pain right side,i m worry about surgery if i do surgery ,will i able to live normal walk,bend life or not for lifetime,i heard that if one time surgery done ,then we have to go for another surgery back to back again,and will live pain full life,now my age is 30, please clear my doubt

Not all patients of backache need surgery.
Most of them can be treated with out surgery.

-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.

--. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1 tab once a day x 5days
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab Once a day x 10 days.
